Alistair Hancock – Chief Executive, aged
Cambridge computer science graduate. Founded Rubicon in 1989. In addition to CEO responsibilities, Alistair continues to lead development of Accelerator.
Robert Burnham – Non Executive Chairman, aged
Has held a variety of executive and management positions in the IT services and telecoms sector for over 25 years, including Lorien plc and QA plc. Robert sits on the remuneration committee.
Richard Blakesley – Non Executive Director, aged
15 years of international investment banking experience in senior roles with Lehman Brothers, Chase Manhattan and JP Morgan. Angel investor in a number of technology start-ups, including AdEPT Telecom, which floated on AIM in February 2006. Richard sits on the audit committee and chairs the remuneration committee.
David Webber – Non Executive Director, aged
CEO of Patsystems PLC; former CEO of AttentiV Systems Group plc, leading MBO and subsequent AIM flotation prior to its acquisition by TietoEnator in May 2005. David sits on the remuneration committee and chairs the audit committee.
Andrew Kirby – Finance Director, aged
Andrew joined Rubicon as Finance Manager on 5 November 2007 and has subsequently been appointed to the Plc Board. Prior to working for Rubicon, he was Group Financial Analyst with Retail Decisions Limited, a card issuer and credit card fraud prevention company, which was acquired by a private equity group in 2006.
Nicklas Blanchard – Operations Director, aged
Nick has worked at Rubicon from its early days. He joined in 1994 as a graduate trainee straight after leaving Royal Holloway, University of London and has progressively worked his way upwards through technical and managerial roles over the intervening years. This solid background in client support, technical delivery, project management as well as personnel and resource planning has given Nick a deep understanding of the operational needs of the business and has made his appointment to the Board the natural evolution of his commitment to the company.
