xRM (Anything Relationship Management) is the natural evolution of CRM (Customer Relationship Management). In today’s dynamic business environment companies demand the ability to manage anything (X=anything), not simply relationships with customers.
When our clients were only really interested in Customer Relationship Management we called our product, Accelerator, a CRM system. We built Accelerator to be extendable and highly-configurable because each organisation has different requirements. Our existing clients will know the underlying platform of Accelerator as GBOS (the Generic Business Object Server). We are renaming this platform to Accelerator xRM to make it easier for people to understand that the Accelerator platform is not just about building Customer Relationship solutions.
The Accelerator xRM Platform
Until recently, Accelerator has been best known by Financial Services organisations such as lenders and brokers for providing mortgage origination, automated underwriting and loan processing solutions. We have clients who are building societies, secured loan master brokers and car finance lenders. As a result we have over 8 years of experience of providing niche solutions in the Financial Services industry.
By launching Accelerator xRM we have broadened the appeal of Accelerator to a much wider audience.
