Background
Nvigorate inherited a brand management product from the acquisition of another company. It was decided to move the product from ASP.Net to ASP.Net 2.0 plus enhance the capabilities of the product to appeal to additional markets.
The Challenges
Nvigorate did not have sufficient development resources in-house and so a partnership was sought to develop the product. Rubicon was successful in winning this business and provide the development of the product plus the generation of considerable amounts of the new IP of the product.
The Solution
Rubicon developed the product using its Professional Services consultants over the course of the project. Multiple deployments were made for numerous demonstrations and to client sites. Rubicon also provided support to the Nvigorate sales team to ensure that demonstrations were successful.
Rubicon worked alongside the Nvigorate client management and delivery teams to add functionality to the product in line with change requests. Liaison was also necessary with third party suppliers to ensure that new capabilities were added in the most efficient manner.
Benefits
Nvigorate achieved the development of their product with little in house development resource. At the conclusion of the project, the product was implemented at one of the high street banks to manage their entire marketing production process. The product has subsequently had considerable interest from other parties.
