Accessibility statement.
Our commitment to making rubiconsoftware.com usable by everyone.
Effective date: 30 March 2026 · Last updated: 30 March 2026
Our commitment
Rubicon Software Limited is committed to ensuring that rubiconsoftware.com is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-off exercise.
What we do
This website has been built with accessibility in mind. Measures we have taken include:
- Using semantic HTML elements to convey document structure clearly to assistive technologies.
- Providing meaningful alternative text for images and informative labels for interactive elements.
- Ensuring sufficient colour contrast between text and background throughout the site.
- Supporting keyboard navigation so that all interactive content can be reached without a mouse.
- Implementing a responsive design that works across a range of screen sizes and zoom levels.
- Using ARIA attributes where necessary to supplement native HTML semantics.
- Ensuring that form fields have associated labels and that error messages are clearly communicated.
Conformance status
We believe this website is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. “Substantially conformant” means that while we strive for full compliance, there may be some areas that do not yet fully meet every success criterion. We are actively working to identify and resolve any gaps.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
- Some older PDF documents linked from case studies may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We are working to remediate these.
- Certain decorative animations on the homepage may not respect reduced-motion preferences in all browsers. We are addressing this progressively.
- Third-party embedded content (such as analytics scripts) may introduce elements outside our direct control.
