Phase 1
Discover
Scan the horizon. Research feeds, market signals, internal data — Rubicon Scout surfaces what deserves attention before the noise drowns it out.
Since 1989: web, mobile, cloud. Each promised to make our work obsolete. We chose well each time. Rubicon Probity is what that same discipline looks like applied to the 2026 AI moment.
Our approach
Everything flows through a single pipeline: messy reality goes in, clear decisions come out, and accountable execution follows. We call it Discover, Distil, Decide, Deliver — and we run it on our own operations every day.
Phase 1
Scan the horizon. Research feeds, market signals, internal data — Rubicon Scout surfaces what deserves attention before the noise drowns it out.
Phase 2
Meetings, emails, voice notes, documents — in goes everything. Out comes what actually matters: the decisions, the actions, and the risks.
Phase 3
Cognitive bias detection, structured challenge, and a full audit trail. For decisions where “the AI said so” isn't good enough.
Phase 4
Decisions flow into structured execution. Tasks are tracked, outcomes recorded, the loop closes. No decision without follow-through.
The question nobody asks
AI is new. Building systems that survive contact with reality isn't. We've done it across financial services, defence, government, energy, and FMCG — through five technology paradigm shifts, a public listing, and two recessions. The AI part is the easiest thing we've ever added to that foundation.
Our decision intelligence platform is built by the same people who work with you. When we say something works, it's because we've shipped it, run it, and maintained it ourselves.
No juniors learning on your project. No subcontractors. Just senior engineers with decades of experience, led by a founder who's been at this since 1989.
Our shortest notable client relationship is eight years. Our longest is over twenty and still active. The people who understand your business maintain your software.
Proof
Different technologies. Different sectors. Different decades. But always the same thing: we understood the business logic and built something durable around it.
AI Decision Intelligence · 2026 (post-2020 AI delivery)
The most demanding test for a system that promises to make AI-augmented decisions safer is to use it to build itself. Every architectural decision in Rubicon Probity passes through Rubicon Probity's own decision intelligence pipeline. Imagination to delivery - with a level of self-awareness, audit and accountability you would only expect from the most sophisticated and experienced senior software engineer.
